Downloading and installing the SlingStudio Console app, or the SlingStudio Capture app, should be straightforward and easy. But if you're having trouble, please take a look here.
Make sure that you're working with a supported device.
If you're not working with a supported iPad (for the SlingStudio Console app) or a supported iPhone/iPod touch or Android smartphone (for the SlingStudio Capture app) then the app won't install ... and it's possible that it may not even download.
Already have the app installed? Be sure to quit it properly.

Reboot the device.
To make sure that you're starting from scratch, after you quit the SlingStudio app, either restart the device, or shut it down, wait 10 seconds, then power it back up.
Make sure that your device's operating system is the latest ... and don't use a beta version!
It's important (for many reasons) to make sure that your device is running the latest version of iOS (or Android for the Capture app running on an Android smartphone). But avoid the temptation to install a beta OS version on your device. Sling Media cannot guarantee the operation of any SlingStudio app that is running on a beta OS version.
If you continue to have problems downloading, installing, or running a SlingStudio app, please contact SlingStudio customer assistance.
