If you need to use your SlingStudio to broadcast some prerecorded content live, you can do that.
Here's how:
- Prepare your SlingStudio unit for the live broadcast: Set up a project, make sure the live broadcast is configured and ready, and so on.
- Get the prerecorded video ready to go on your computer or other source. That source needs either an HDMI-Out port, or some arrangement that provides HDMI output.
- Connect the source (with the prerecorded video) to your SlingStudio using the SlingStudio HDMI-In port. If you have a SlingStudio CameraLink, you can also use that to connect the source to your SlingStudio.
- Once connected to the SlingStudio unit, the prerecorded content displays in the SlingStudio Console app as a video source.
- Select the prerecorded content for your Program content, and broadcast it as you would any other video source.
IMPORTANT: If you are streaming pre-recorded content live to Facebook, YOU MUST READ AND ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING FACEBOOK POLICY:
