Currently, the Dissolve and the Wipe transitions don't work with graphic images, lower thirds, and overlay text.
These effects only work with video sources.
So if your production includes graphics, lower thirds, and/or overlay text, and you choose either the dissolve or the wipe video transition effects, you need to understand that only the video is affected by this transition effect selection. Graphics, lower thirds, and overlay text transitions use a simple cut.
