If the SlingStudio battery is the only source of power for a SlingStudio unit, then hot-swapping the SlingStudio battery is not possible.
However, you can swap SlingStudio batteries without stopping production if you first connect the SlingStudio unit to AC power during the swap.
Once the second battery is connected, you can disconnect the SlingStudio unit from AC power … as long as the second battery has an adequate charge! You can check that with the Dashboard in the SlingStudio Console app.
